Business analyst
Maintain project master data
Perform monthly financial close processes
Prepare financial reports for the finance team, project teams, and other stakeholders asrequired
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
Review and process travel expenses (e.g. Ctrip bookings) and payments
Gather and prepare data required by the HR team on a monthly basis
Support FA team
Assistant
Coordinate meetings for the CI APAC VP and CI APAC departments, including hubs. clusters, and teams as requested
Manage stationery and supplies for the CISH team
Support payment processing if required by projects
Assist with signature and chop processes for contracts, LOls, etc.
Provide support for other tasks as needed
Carry out any other duties assigned by the CI APAC VP or direct line manager
As the coordinator for CI APAC in Shanghai, support tasks required by the ALCH admin
